The Art of Self-Love: MINDFULNESS (Watercolor)

Self-Love starts with bringing your attention back to your mind and body.
Mindfulness meditation is a useful tool to increase awareness of self and be in the present moment.
In this workshop, you will learn simple techniques through guided meditation and a watercolor project. You can use the methods at home or anywhere for yourself or with your loved one!
Learn the Art of Self-love through creativity, while exploring a variety of themes, such as positivity, gratitude, forgiveness, nourishment, strength, girl power, dreams, loss, and joy. Each week, you’ll be guided through a different theme by artists, meditation instructors, writers, and speakers.
